Website content
Information on this site, including pallet specifications, sizes, grades, availability and coverage, is provided for general guidance. Stock, dimensions, treatment options and delivery timings are confirmed at quotation stage. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Quotations and orders
Quotations are based on the information supplied by you and are valid for the period stated. Orders are accepted subject to stock, access and route. The working minimum supply order is 30 Pallets. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Deliveries and collections
Delivery and collection dates are given in good faith and confirmed with operations. Site access, safe unloading or loading, and any required equipment or personnel are the customer's responsibility unless agreed in writing. Wasted journeys caused by access or availability issues may be chargeable.
Pooled pallets and waste
CHEP, LPR, IPP and other pooled or painted pallets remain the property of the pool operator and are not bought or sold by us. Waste pallet movements are handled under registration CBDU152029 (upper-tier carrier, broker and dealer), with waste transfer documentation issued where applicable. You confirm that stock presented for collection is lawfully yours to dispose of.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
