Collection & recycling
Pallet collection and clearance
One-off clearances and scheduled collections for reusable, mixed and waste pallets. Send the quantity, condition, access details and collection postcode and the team will advise on the correct route.
What we collect
Pallet collection services
What is possible depends on quantity, access and location — so we confirm it rather than promising a fixed vehicle or turnaround.
One-off collections
A single visit to clear accumulated stock — after a project, a stock change or a site move.
Scheduled collections
A booked pattern — weekly, fortnightly or monthly — so surplus never builds up in a yard or bay.
Pallet clearances
Larger volumes cleared in one operation, including mixed sizes and damaged stock.
Reusable stock recovery
Where pallets are genuinely reusable, they may carry a value and can be bought back rather than treated as waste.
What we need to know
A collection is planned around the site as much as the stock. These details let us confirm the right vehicle, the right visit and whether the pallets carry a value.
- Quantity available and how it is stacked
- Whether a forklift or loading dock is available on site
- Vehicle access, height restrictions and turning space
- Any timed delivery or collection windows
- Whether the stock is reusable, mixed or broken
- Presence of CHEP, LPR, IPP or other pooled or painted pallets

Pooled and painted pallets
CHEP, LPR and IPP pallets are generally owned by the pooling business that issued them. They must be handled appropriately and may need to be returned to their owner, so we do not buy or sell them. Tell us if they are present in your stock and we will explain the options.
Waste paperwork
Where pallets are handled as waste, the movement is covered by our upper-tier waste carrier, broker and dealer registration CBDU152029 (upper-tier carrier, broker and dealer). Waste transfer documentation is provided where applicable — ask at booking if your site requires it in a particular format.
Not sure whether your pallets should be sold, repaired or recycled? Send photographs and quantities and we will tell you which route makes sense.
