ISPM 15 Heat-Treated Export Pallets
Export work is the centre of what we do. Tell us the destination country, the pallet size or type, the load and the dispatch date, and we will confirm what heat-treated stock or new build is genuinely available for that consignment.

France, Germany and Spain are among the destinations we handle most often, alongside longer-haul shipments where the receiving country requires treated wood packaging. We buy and specify around your shipping date rather than assuming treated stock is always on the ground at short notice.
We do not treat an IPPC mark as a blanket answer to every packaging or documentation obligation in a destination market. If a destination has requirements beyond the wood packaging standard, we will say so and point you to the official guidance rather than guessing on your behalf.

Supply quantities
There is no minimum order — we supply single pallets through to full loads. Availability of treated stock at short notice varies with intake and treatment capacity, so give us as much notice as the shipment allows. Supplied from our Southampton operation across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey and the South Coast, with bulk loads across England and Wales.
Treatment and export
Not all of our stock is ISPM 15 treated, and requirements differ by destination country. Treatment and the associated IPPC marking may only be carried out by operators authorised under the relevant national programme. We confirm what is genuinely available for your consignment instead of publishing blanket compliance promises.

Common questions
What does the IPPC mark on an export pallet mean?
It records that the wood packaging has been treated and marked under the ISPM 15 standard. The mark carries a country code such as GB, the authorised operator's unique registration number and a treatment code such as HT for heat treatment. The mark itself is the assurance for the packaging — there is no separate paper ISPM 15 certificate that replaces it.
Can you supply treated used pallets rather than new ones?
Often, yes, where suitable marked stock is available. Used, repaired and re-manufactured wood packaging still has to meet the applicable treatment and marking requirements, so we identify stock against your destination rather than assuming any used pallet will pass.
Is a CP3 or EPAL pallet automatically export-ready?
No. CP3 is a pallet type and EPAL is a licensed quality system — neither is proof of heat treatment. Check for the IPPC mark, not the footprint or the oval. Tell us the destination and we will identify stock that suits both the specification and the treatment requirement.
How much notice do you need for an export order?
As much as the shipment allows. Treated stock depends on intake and treatment capacity, and new build depends on specification and timber availability, so we confirm lead time with operations against your dispatch date rather than quoting a standard turnaround.
Delivery coverage
Smaller and medium orders are supplied from Oxford and Oxfordshire down through Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Dorset and Surrey to the South Coast, with the wider coast and London supported subject to postcode, quantity and date.
