Who we are
British Pallets is a trading name of Palletmove Limited (company number 10370260), registered office 21/23 East Street, Fareham, England, PO16 0BZ. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this website and by email or telephone.
What we collect
The information you give us in an enquiry: name, company, email address, telephone number, the delivery or collection address or postcode, and details of the pallets or service required. We do not ask for special category data and you should not send it.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange deliveries and collections, issue invoices, and keep records required for waste and tax compliance. The lawful bases are our legitimate interests in responding to a business enquiry, performance of a contract, and compliance with legal obligations.
Sharing
We share details only where necessary to deliver the service: hauliers and drivers handling your delivery or collection, our accounting and IT providers, and regulators or authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are kept only as long as they remain commercially relevant. Transaction, waste and accounting records are retained for the periods required by law.
Your rights
