About us

A working pallet yard, not a middleman

British Pallets is a commercial pallet supplier and recycler based in Southampton, handling approximately 35,000 pallets processed each month across supply, buy-back, collection and recycling.

Who we are

Both sides of the pallet cycle

We supply used, new, Euro, UK Standard, export and bespoke pallets, and we buy back, collect and recycle surplus stock.

Working both directions is what keeps used stock available and consistently graded. Pallets come in from businesses clearing surplus, are assessed, graded, repaired where it makes sense, and go back out to businesses that need them. Around 40% of what we sell is Euro-size, with UK Standard, new build and bespoke sizes making up much of the rest.

British Pallets is a trading name of Palletmove Limited, company number 10370260, VAT number 252 4305 34. Our operational site is Itchen Business Park, Kent Road, Southampton, SO17 2LJ and our registered office is 21/23 East Street, Fareham, England, PO16 0BZ. Waste movements are covered by registration CBDU152029 (upper-tier carrier, broker and dealer).

How we work

Four things we hold to

Say what is actually true

If a specification, a date or a grade is not achievable, we tell you at enquiry stage. No stock claim we cannot stand behind, and no environmental figure we cannot evidence.

Commercial quantities, done properly

The minimum supply order is 30 Pallets. Working at that level lets us grade consistently, keep prices sensible and plan vehicles around your site rather than ours.

Reuse before anything else

A pallet returned to service is the best outcome commercially and environmentally. Repair, material recovery and disposal follow in that order.

One team for both directions

Supply and collection are handled by the same operation, so a delivery and a clearance can often be planned into the same visit.

Tell us what you need moving

Pallet type, quantity, postcode and date. That is usually enough for us to come back with a straight answer on availability and price.
