FAQs

Frequently asked questions

The questions procurement and warehouse teams ask most often, answered without the marketing padding.

What is the minimum pallet order?

The working minimum supply order is 30 Pallets. Smaller quantities can sometimes be considered where a delivery route already suits, but commercial quantities are where we work best.

Do you supply used Euro pallets?

Yes. Euro-size pallets (1200 × 800 mm) account for roughly 40% of our pallet sales, in both used and new form. Pallets are only described as EPAL where they are genuinely marked and meet the relevant requirements.

What information do you need for a quote?

Pallet type or dimensions, new or used, grade if known, quantity, delivery postcode, the date you need them and whether the requirement is one-off or recurring. If the pallets are for export, tell us the destination and intended use.

Can you collect unwanted pallets?

Yes. We arrange one-off clearances and scheduled collections for reusable, mixed and waste pallets, subject to quantity, access and location. Send photographs, quantities and the collection postcode and the team will advise on the right route.

Do you supply ISPM15 pallets for export?

Export and ISPM15 enquiries are a core part of what we do, with France, Germany and Spain among common destinations. Tell us the destination, pallet size, quantity and intended use and we will identify the appropriate specification and available treatment or documentation options. Not all stock is ISPM15 treated.

Do you deliver outside the South Coast?

Smaller and medium-sized orders are supplied primarily within around a two-to-three-hour radius of Southampton, including London where commercially viable. Larger part-load and full-load quantities can be delivered across England and Wales.

Can you take broken or mixed pallets?

Often, yes. Broken, mixed or unusual stock is assessed for repair, material recovery or recycling. Painted or pooled pallets such as CHEP, LPR and IPP normally remain the property of the pool operator and must be handled appropriately, which may mean returning them to their owner.

What is the difference between UK Standard and Euro pallets?

A UK Standard pallet is usually 1200 × 1000 mm and is the common footprint for British warehousing and distribution. A Euro-size pallet is 1200 × 800 mm and is widely used across European supply chains. The right choice depends on your racking, handling equipment and destination.
